Educational Videos Lectures, Courses, Classes from NPTEL & IITs (Kharagpur, Bombay, Delhi, Chennai, Kanpur, Guwahati), MIT, Stanford - Youtube Downloadable Video Tutorials, Classes etc. SWAYAM courses are generally free to access and enroll in, but there's a fee to register for the proctored exams required for obtaining a certificate. Free Access to Courses: The SWAYAM platform, which is India's MOOCs (Massive Open Online Course) platform, offers a wide range of courses from various disciplines, all of which are accessible free of cost to learners. Certificate Fees: While the courses themselves are free, if you want to obtain a SWAYAM certificate, you need to register for the final proctored exams, which come at a fee. Credit Transfer: Learners who are currently enrolled in an educational institution or university can also have the option of transferring credits earned through SWAYAM courses to their respective home institutions. Objective: SWAYAM aims to provide access to quality teaching and learning resources to everyone, including the most disadvantaged, and bridge the digital divide. Courses: The courses on SWAYAM are designed by professors and faculty members from top educational institutions in India.
